TRIP COST:

TRIP COST INCLUDES:

·          Arrival pick up at Chengdu airport and transfer to train station in Chengdu with one night medium hotel (BB) and half day sightseeing of Chengdu city.

·          Train ticket (soft sleeper) Chengdu – Lhasa.

·          Tibet Travel permits/visas.

·          Accommodation on twin room sharing with breakfast (medium hotels; 2-3 star in cities and best available guesthouses en route at remote places)

·          Overland travel by private jeep/Car/Coach as per itinerary.

·          Accommodation in Nepal at medium hotel/resort (BB).

·          Everest entrance permit and other monastery entry fees en route the tour etc.

·          Local English speaking guide and other related assistance.

TRIP COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

·          Your China visa (suggest to apply at your home country and send us the copies).

·          Nepal visa fee at border.

·          Meals (lunch and dinner), all drink/bar bills, any insurance coverage and medical expenses.

·          All meals during the train journey (you can buy meals in the train).

·          Any extra cost incurring for porter, vehicles and accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide/flood, road block/snow block, strikes/political unrest etc.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

·          Final booking with passport copies and full contact address, are requested to provide us as early as possible to avoid difficulties at last minutes’ arrangement for flights, permits and all ground handling.

·          30% advance payment is requested to be made at the time of booking the trip or sent by bank transfer to our bank A/C. Balance of payment due upon arrival in Kathmandu or before commencement of the trip (in Cash).

·          Cancellation: 50 % will be charged as cancellation fee if you cancel trip within 10 days prior to start of tour. No refund, thereafter, also for no-shows, delay arrival or whatsoever the reasons.

·          The tour costs, Tibet Permit/visa regulations and train schedule are may be subject to change without prior notice.

GROUP LEADER FACILITY:

·          11 – 15 pax group size: 50% free for 01 pax as group leader.

·          16 – 20 pax group size: 100 % free for 01 pax as group leader.

TRAVEL KIT (THINGS TO PACK):

Since the trip include high altitude over 5200 meters, you should bring: - at least a pair of very warm jackets, good shoes, medicine of high altitude and stomach disorder, other personal belongings, sleeping bag, toiletries, water bottle, rain coat, flash light, sunglasses, at least 6 months valid passport (with some copies of passport size photos for visa and permits) and other personal values, etc.
